Cuarta Generación Bodegas y Viñedos

Antonio Aparicio’s winery was founded in 2003 by two partners with the same name. Both born on the Sierra have chosen to produce one-variety wines made from Tempranillo, known locally as Aragones. This variety has had a process of adaptation to the special characteristics of the Sierra throughout the centuries. Thus, the wines produced by Bodega Antonio Aparicio extract the full potential of the Tempranillo, very different from the one from other parts of the Iberian Peninsula.

The winery has a facilities equipped with an overhead crane, modern processing system, that allows to produce wine taking care of the grape and wine.
