The wines of the Sierra de Salamanca are characterized by a distinct typicality, due to the soil, which is very complex and peculiar.

The production process begins in the vineyard, cultivated with great effort for producing low quantity of high quality grapes. The harvest is done manually in boxes, selecting the parcels in their optimum ripeness.

The wineries, small and equipped with the latest technologies, produce the wine in a natural way, leaving the characteristics of our soil, climate, and varieties to emerge.

This is how we get different wines, unique and authentic, which are linked to the Sierra.
