Description
Zamayón is our young wine, made exclusively with Rufete. We opted for this variety, grown on terraces with the best facing, for obtaining the freshness and aromatic potential typical of this variety. We do the harvest of our vineyards by hand and transported the grapes in boxes, ensuring their arrival at the winery in perfect condition. The development is a traditional way to extract the best of our vines.
We thus obtain a fresh and fruity wine that invites to enjoy and discover it again and again.
Tasting note
Visual phase: intense purple of average-high cover.
Olfactory phase: it smell to red fruits, raspberries.
Tasting phase: it is a wine soft with notes of raspberry and berries.
