Description
To make La Zorra, how couldn’t be otherwise, we used two varieties rooted in our Sierra: the Rufete and the Tinto Aragonés (Tempranillo).
The average age of the vineyards is over 70 years, so we ensure low yields with high quality grapes.
La Zorra is made mainly of Rufete, a small grain grape with thin skin, grouped together in not too large bunches, compact and very close to the branch.
La Zorra is bottled without stabilizing, fining or filtering, to not steal any tinge of color, aroma or taste, thereby, over time we could find some kind of all-natural precipitation.
