Rochal Winery and Vineyards are located in Santibáñez de la Sierra, a small town located in the south of the province of Salamanca, at the beginning of the Sierra de Francia, at an altitude of 611 meters above sea level. The vineyards are on south facing slopes. In this area there are two types of soil, slates with clay subsoil on one side and granite rock with sandy subsoil, both ideal for this type of crop.
